How it works?

Send us a message to get your referral codes then share it with your friend.

2. Your friend makes a reservation

Upon reservation your friend must use your code upon check-out.

3. Your Friend Lives with VaCaHouses

After your friend moves in you will receive $250 in VaCaHouses credit.

4. You’ll receive $250 in credit

Use your $250 credit towards your current or next stay with us.

Who is eligible for the referral program?

The program is open to all VaCaHouses members, interested individuals, or organizations. If you have questions about the program or want to discuss a partnership, please send an email to info@williamsfurnishedhomes.com.

How do I know if my referral has been successful? How long will it take for me to receive my referral bonus?

When your referral successfully reserves a VaCaHouses unit, you’ll receive an email notification to your registered email as confirmation. After your referral moves into their VaCaHouses home, you’ll receive $250 in VaCaHouses credit from their move-in date. If you are not a VaCaHouses member, please reach out to info@williamsfurnishedhomes.com for more information about how to redeem your credits.

Are there any limitations on how many people I can refer?

Not at all! You are welcome to refer as many people as you like.

Will my referral code or link change or expire?

Nope. They will be the same as long as you do not change your VaCaHouses account.

Can I get a referral bonus if my referral is already a VaCaHouses member?

Sorry, your referral must be a new member for both parties to receive the bonus.

Can the referral bonus be combined with other special offers on VaCaHouses?

You bet! As long as you check out with the referral code, it will be applied to any after-discount price on Landing. One reservation can only use one code.

Where can people enter my referral code?

If they’re using your referral link, the referral code will be automatically added at the checkout step. Please make sure they are using your exact link to finish the checkout process. If they are using your referral code, they need to enter the code in the promotion code box at the checkout step.
